Rosebery Road, Gt Plumstead, Norfolk

Rosebery Road is a mixed residential development, including single storey bungalows and two storey houses. There are 22 new homes, including 8 affordable units. The form responds to the local typology, further developing a ‘Norfolk style’ by conveying a sense of barn vernacular seen through the county.

Completed while Greenfield was Director of Architecture at Hamson Barron Smith, the design was led by Anthony Polansky.
