Carrowbreck Meadow
A development of 14 homes, at completion in 2016 Carrowbreck was the largest Passivhaus development in the East of England. This multi-award winning landmark scheme is truly tenure blind and set a new benchmark for sustainable development at an affordable price. Designed to add a contemporary twist to a Norfolk barn vernacular, the grouping of the houses sits comfortably in its woodland setting.
Completed while Greenfield was Director of Architecture at Hamson Barron Smith, the design was led by Sarah Lewis.
