Rayne Park

172 new homes all designed to the highest levels of fabric performance and energy efficiency. 80 of the homes have been built to Passivhaus standards making Rayne Park one of the largest Passivhaus developments in the United Kingdom.

Built around the Mayflower Court care home and with landscape design integrated into the masterplan the project feels like an established community although only recently completed.

Completed while Greenfield was Director of Architecture at Hamson Barron Smith, the design was led by Anthony Polansky.
